Mission94 Firearms Education Center, a state-of-the-art facility that offers firearm education and training for all levels, two distinct types of training bays, and an extensive retail center, announces its Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, October 5, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will take place at Mission94, located at 1487 120th Ave, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, conveniently situated just off I-94, exit 339 Somers. The Grand Opening event aims to bring together local organizations and the community for an afternoon of activities and learning opportunities, including mini classes, manufacturer demonstrations, prize drawings, and delicious food from Mission BBQ.
“Mission94 represents a significant step forward in firearms education,” said Mission94 General Manager Louis Southard. “The facility reflects our commitment to teaching firearm safety and history while providing an inclusive environment where everyone can learn and participate with confidence.”
Mission94 was built to foster a culture of responsible firearm ownership through training and education, which includes exploring the unique history behind citizens’ Second Amendment rights. It caters to people of all levels – from novices to experienced enthusiasts – and provides classes taught by US Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) certified instructors. The facility offers both 25 and 50-yard bays tailored to meet a variety of training needs. Mission94’s 25-yard bay is equipped with advanced technology like dynamic rotating targets, which provides an added level of challenge in training options. The high-quality ventilation system has air quality within the training bays that is cleaner than the air that guests breathe outside the facility.
The Grand Opening Celebration will highlight the facility’s opportunities to learn and discover. Attendees can participate in demo shoots and guided tours, and attend mini versions of its classes. There will also be a drawing on the day of the celebration which will include hourly drawings for five winners to claim prize packs. As an early incentive, Mission94 is hosting a separate social media drawing, with winners to be announced at the Grand Opening. To enter, participants can follow Mission94 and comment #M94GrandOpening on the Facebook or Instagram post until October 4 at noon CST.
“It’s exciting to finally be opening our doors to the community, and we look forward to welcoming guests during our grand opening and beyond,” said Chris Meter, Range Manager. “We’re committed to creating a secure and engaging learning environment that provides top-notch experiences and promotes safe and responsible ownership.”
